Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only if the service has not been initiated. Once the application process has started, professional fees are non-refundable as they cover consultation, documentation, and filing efforts.

2. Government Fees

Government fees paid for registrations, filings, and certifications are non-refundable as these are directly paid to government authorities and are beyond our control.

3. Cancellation Before Service Initiation

If you cancel before we begin work on your application, a refund of 80% of the professional fee will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Service Rejection

If your application is rejected by the government authority due to ineligibility or incorrect information provided by you, no refund will be issued. We will assist in re-filing at a reduced fee.
